As per ABF regulations, bowlers must be certified by their National Federation to participate in International Open Events. In India, this certification will be issued by TBF(I) for Registered Bowlers.

Procedure to get Certification to participate in International Open 

1. Bowlers must submit a request form for Certification to their respective State/UT Association. 

2. The affiliated State/UT Association verifies the bowler’s average based on National Championships/ Centralized Qualifying Trials/ State Ranking Events and confirms their registration status before forwarding the request to TBF(I). 

3. TBF(I) issues Letter of Certification to event organizers based on the information submitted by the respective affiliated State Association and for National Team Members. 

4. National Team Members/Core Probable may submit a request directly to TBF(I) for a certification letter.
